I have just completed 13 hours of flight time from LA to Korea, and have a couple hours more before getting on my flight to Beijing. God is good. I had good rest and sleep on the flight, and enjoyed the great Korean food on board. Please pray for me to have increased strength from the Lord, as I have 2 more flights to go today (3/31) before reaching my destination. Thanks!
My mom and I went down to San Diego this past weekend, to visit some old family friends, connect with a Chinese worship music ministry, and visit Bread of Life Chinese Church on Sunday morning. The last time I've been to this church was over 5 years ago, where I lead some youth group meetings. It was good to be back.
This time, I was able to play a bit on my electric violin for worship and intercession in the main service, and share some encouraging testimonies with the youth as well. The faith level of the entire group was built up. At the end, I received prayer from the group for my upcoming China trip. It was a blessing.
I have been in LA for about 2 weeks now. My friend Beau flew back up to Seattle 1.5 weeks ago. He had a great time visiting LA, seeing my family, and we took him out to eat some great Chinese food. It was a blessed time.
Right now I'm at my brother and sister-in-law's place in Pasadena, and hanging out with their twin babies. We'll be having dinner together soon.
I am doing a bit of worship ministry here and there around LA area. Hopefully I will write an update about that sooner or later. My China trip plan is being finalized, and I will post about that as well. So stay tuned!
